Ruta de mezcal + gastronomia in puebla

To truly understand mezcal and mezcal culture, a journey to the source is critical. Mexico has 9 mezcal-producing states, each with their own traditions and flavors. 

Join me in January 2020 for a mezcal-focused trip to Puebla, located only 2 hours from Mexico City. We will partake in a “ruta de mezcal”, touring palenques (micro-distilleries) and enjoying the annual fiestas in San Diego de la Mesa. We will also enjoy a day full of mezcal, gastronomy and artisanal beer with Casa Relampago. Beyond mezcal, beautiful landscapes, colorful architecture, market tours, pyramid visits, volacanos, horse back riding and plenty of other activities await us in Puebla - one of the most vibrant regions for all the senses. The week will begin on Sunday, January 12th and end on Saturday, January 18th.
